How to Create a Great Infographic Presentation in PowerPoint

Now that you've got your infographic PowerPoint template, it's time to edit it. In this next section, we'll cover the main steps for how to turn your template into a finished presentation.

1. Choose Your Slides and Infographics.

Many of the premium PowerPoint templates come with many slides. Most of the time, they come with too many slides. 

Before we can even begin editing the infographic template in PowerPoint, we need to choose our slides for the presentation. Also, we need to choose the infographics that we want on our slides. To do this we'll go through the slides and infographics and delete the ones we don't want. 

2. Fill in the Text

Many of the infographics slides will have text areas for you to edit. Our first step in editing our infographic template in PowerPoint is to replace this text. To do this, simply double click the text and paste in your text.

It'll help to have your PowerPoint's text ready in another document. 

3. Edit the Infographics

Now it's time to edit the infographics. Many of the infographics will have little text areas to edit. This will help describe the infographic to your audience.

Most likely you'll have to write your infographic text after you've picked your slides. To add the infographics text, double-click the text and add paste it in.

4. Resize your Infographics

Once you've added in your infographic text, you may need to resize the infographic. The text might be too long or too small, so the infographic needs to be adjusted accordingly. To resize your infographics, click and drag the corners of the infographic.

5. Add in Slide Transitions 

The final step is to add a bit of professional polish. Slide animations your presentation that extra bit of interest.

To add slide transitions, click on the Transitions tab. From there, you can choose the best transitions for your slides. To preview the animation, click the Preview option on the far left hand corner of the Transitions tab.
