We’re excited about the work that continues on the WAVE web accessibility evaluation tool in WebAIM’s 20th year. In the last year we launched a new visual design, including new icons and functionality, for the online WAVE service and Chrome and Firefox extension. We released new functionality for the WAVE API and significant new updates to the WAVE standalone API. These tools allow great flexibility in integrating accessibility testing into development, authoring, and QA systems. Our friends at Pope Tech have greatly improved their enterprise-level accessibility reporting system based on WAVE.
To commemorate WebAIM’s 20th year, all WAVE API credits are 20% off through the remainder of 2020.
WAVE Webinar – May 6th
We will be hosting a free webinar on May 6, 2020 at 2:30pm US Eastern Time to give a quick overview and demonstration of the WAVE suite of accessibility testing tool, and to discuss the recent and future updates. Plenty of time will be allotted to answer your WAVE questions.
