What is hacktoberfest 2021 ?
This event is hosted by Digitalocean from around 8 years , hacktoberfest encourages participants for contributing to various opensource project by creating at least 4 valid pull requests.
Best part about it: All backgrounds and skills levels are encouraged to complete the challenge.
To sum up everything in simple terms
You need to create 4 valid pull request (with given conditions) in a month of october so that you can get swags(T-shirt and cool stickers) delivered to your home.
If you are a beginners, then this event is best for you to get into opensource.
