How to activate/verify phone number in Twillio for use with OpenAI?

Basically I'm trying to follow the tutorial on how to build a voice assistant with Tullio using OpenAI realtime API:

I got my server up and running, now on to the Tullio configuration part.
The instructions tell me to go to the Tullio console and:
"Go to the Twilio Console and select your Voice-enabled number.
Under Voice & Fax, set the A CALL COMES IN webhook..."

What I see in my console in "Account Dashboard" on the left is "#Phone Numbers". I click there, then Manage->Active numbers. I see my toll free 8XXX number but not sure where to go from there. I see a message "Toll-free verification required for US messaging", but when I select this, it prompts me for a whole bunch of weird "business information" - I'm not a business.
Can you please point me in the right direction where I go from there. Thx.
