Dedicated Client Project Coordinator
Part-Time // Remote US
Primary Function
Manage and report on day-to-day tasks, schedules, and resources related to Vispero’s contribution of technical support of, and development and delivery of training solutions to, users of assistive technology within our government client.
Scope of Work
The duties listed below are intended only as illustrations of the various types of work that may be performed. The omission of specific statements of duties does not exclude them from the position.
- Track requests for solutions and support from our client
- Engage with various resources within the client organization to ensure appropriate access and support of our training and support staff as it fills requests
- Enter and manage communications pertaining to training sessions and participation in client’s talent management system
- Assemble and submit scheduled reports to TPGi’s project manager for client delivery
- Liaise with management at TPGi and the client to ensure on-time delivery of training solutions and technical support
- Review survey data, from participants in training sessions delivered by the team, providing timely guidance to the team and TPGi management to maximize quality and consistency of training services provided by TPGi

Required Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Management, or a related field in training development is preferred.
- Must be a US citizen
- Ability to acquire public trust clearance
- Ability to manage assessment and delivery of multiple tasks or initiatives.
- Strong facilitation and analytical skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently.
- Must be highly self-motivated and customer-centric.
Education and Experience
- BA or BS degree required (MBA or post-graduate degree preferred); education would ideally be a combination of technical and business qualifications.
- Demonstrated history and aptitude in managing a P&L.
- Detailed understanding of accessible development and account management.
- Demonstrated problem solving and decision-making abilities with effective organizational and time management skills; the ability to handle multiple projects and priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
- Strong organizational, multi-tasking and presentation skills.
- Ability to create momentum and foster organizational change.
- Experience with coaching and mentoring team members.
- Must exhibit initiative, decisiveness and creativity, along with self-motivation and the ability to assume responsibility and maintain strict confidentiality.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to focus and clarify concepts.

‘The salary range for a typical candidate is USD $24.00-$33.00/hour and varies based on location, education, and years of experience.
