The 4-Hour Sleep "Rest Day"
Called it a rest day. Went to sleep at 5am, woke up at 9am. Already off to a great start, right?
But here's the thing about rest days - they reveal who you actually are when you're not trying to be productive.

Spent the morning running around campus for documentation. You know the drill - office A sends you to office B, office B needs a form from office C, office C is closed for lunch.
These moments test your resolve more than any coding challenge ever will.

The highlight of my day wasn't the website deployment (though that felt pretty good). It was finally understanding how to work WITH AI productively.
Most people approach AI like this:
- "Write my email"
- "Debug my code"
- "Create my content"
But I've discovered something better: AI as a thinking partner.
Instead of:
"Fix this bug"
Try:
"Help me think through why this might be happening"
The difference? One makes you dependent, the other makes you better.
Leadership Through Organizing Complaints
Funny realization: I've been speaking up more lately. Not just voicing problems, but actually organizing solutions.
Tonight when the hostel wifi died, I didn't just complain. I gathered people, we went to the office together, made our case as a group.
Same with the random group walks - somehow I became the person who says "let's go" and people follow.
Leadership isn't a promotion or a title. It's just caring enough to do something about the things that bother you.
Website Deployment: From Local to Live
Finally learned proper website deployment today. There's something magical about that moment when your code goes from "localhost:3000" to actually being on the internet.
It's like the difference between singing in the shower and performing on stage - same song, completely different energy.
The Nausea of Progress
Writing this at 11pm, feeling slightly nauseous from sleep deprivation. Still have work to finish, but needed to capture these scattered thoughts.
