TL;DR: In this week’s Caravan Of Garbage review, the crew rips into Universal’s 2004 bomb Van Helsing, starring Hugh Jackman and Kate Beckinsale. It was part of an ambitious (and ultimately doomed) effort to launch a “Dark Universe” of classic monsters—an experiment that wouldn’t see real success until The Invisible Man in 2020.
