R.L. Stine’s Pumpkinhead is a new YA horror movie premiering October 17 on Tubi. When teenager Sam moves to Redhaven, his brother Finn suddenly vanishes—and worse, nobody (not even their mom) remembers he ever existed. With Halloween looming, Sam teams up with his pal Becka and the town’s oddball Rusty to break a sinister harvest curse before Finn is lost forever.
The film stars Bean Reid, Adeline Lo, Kevin McNulty, Bob Frazer, Matty Finochio and Seth Isaac Johnson. It’s written and directed by Jem Garrard, with an executive-producer lineup that includes James Mattagne, Joan Waricha, Harvey Kahn and Yvonne Bernard.
