Check out this Pen I made to help you with your budgeting and financial health! I've been inspired by moneyhelper and budgeting advice to split your income 50/30/20. This tool with add up your overall monthly income, divide the percentages into the different budgets and you can see where you are spending too much! As I've heard that people with ADHD spend approximately an extra £1600 a year due to impulsive spending, this will come in handy for me, hopefully for you too.
