Adam Savage is geeking out over some seriously cool leak-finding tech. Using a Fluke acoustic imager—a camera packed with 64 microphones—and a special "Sound Beacon," he's able to pinpoint tiny, hidden leaks in containers around his workshop.
The process is pretty slick. Instead of filling a vessel with water, he just places the sound beacon inside. The imager then visualizes where the sound is escaping, showing him the exact location of the leak without any mess.
