In Hollow Knight: Silksong, you can cure the dreaded poison from Muckmaggot water by grabbing the Wreath of Purity—a special charm hidden in Act 2’s Putrified Ducts. The journey takes you from Songclave through the eerie Memorium (including a secret exit), into the twisting ducts where you first snag the Putrified Ducts map and then track down the Wreath itself.
Once equipped, the Wreath of Purity automatically negates poison damage, letting you explore toxic areas without constantly worrying about your HP ticking away. Perfect for making those gooey caverns a lot less lethal!
