BIOS Password Bypass

Hope this saves someone the time i wasted figuring out:
How to bypass the BIOS password on a Fujitsu CELCIUS W580 POWER / POWERn, as no other method i found online worked.
There is a 11-Pin Connector with one pin gap on the bottom of the Motherboard near the three SATA connectors labeled „FP“.
A crude representation:
O . . . . . .
O . . . . .
There should already be a Bridge present on the connector, move it so it connects these two pins marked with a plus:
O . . . + . .
O . . . + .
On the next boot when entering the BIOS with F2 the password check will be skipped.
