A student-driven project aiming to bridge the gap between young IT professionals and the companies that need them.
Technology is not just code and algorithms. It’s opportunity. It’s connection.
And it’s what inspired us — three Computer Engineering students: Erzana Muharremi, Sumea Peci, and Isme Kastrati — to begin building a platform that connects IT job seekers with the companies that need them.
This is our idea. And this is our story.
Why did we decide to create this platform?
During our studies and internships, we noticed something important:
There are many skilled and passionate young people in IT — but many of them struggle to find jobs, internships, or freelance work.
At the same time, companies are looking for talent — developers, designers, network engineers — but often don’t know where to find them easily.
So, we asked ourselves: What if there was a simple, smart platform that connects both sides efficiently?
What is ITConnect?
ITConnect is a platform we’re developing with the goal of creating a digital space where:
IT talents (students, junior devs, freelancers) can build profiles, apply for jobs or projects, and grow their careers
Companies can find the right people based on skills, experience, city, and tech stack
Both sides can communicate directly, set up meetings, and leave feedback
Our Goal
We believe ITConnect is more than just a job-matching tool — it’s a place where young tech talent and opportunity meet.
A digital bridge between ambition and need.
A place where skill meets trust.
And we’re proud to say: this is being built by three Albanian students, from the ground up.
