After yesterday's double exam + meeting combo that nearly killed me, today was... different.

The Rest I Didn't Plan

Woke up tired. Like really tired. The kind where your body just says "nope, we're done."

So I listened. Kind of.

Hit the gym. Needed to move after being stuck in exam halls. Worked out, had a protein shake, came back.

And then? Slept.

Not a nap. Actually slept. Woke up, remembered I had a project report due tomorrow, panicked for a bit, finished it.

Then slept again.

The Normal Stuff

Got my phone repaired. Been putting that off for weeks. Just went and did it.

Ate actual meals. Not just coffee and whatever's around.

Moved around. Talked to people. Lived like a regular human for a few hours.

It was weird. In a good way? Maybe?

Back to Reality

Of course, reality doesn't stop.

Tomorrow: DBMS lab exam. Databases, SQL queries, normalization—all that fun stuff.

Day after: Discrete Mathematics. Actual math. Proofs and logic and everything my brain doesn't want to deal with right now.

So tonight I'm back to studying. DBMS notes open, trying to remember what normal forms are and why they matter.

The Weird Realization

Today felt almost... balanced?

Gym, rest, work, more rest, errands, studying. Like a actual human schedule instead of pure chaos.

And honestly? I needed it. Yesterday broke something and today kind of fixed it.

I'm not saying I've figured out "work-life balance" or whatever. But maybe rest isn't the enemy. Maybe crashing after you push too hard is just your body being smart.

The Exams Keep Coming

DBMS tomorrow. Discrete math after. More exams after that probably—I've lost count at this point.

But today I proved I can take a break without everything falling apart. The project report still got done. I'm still studying for tomorrow. I just did it while also being a human.

Wild concept, I know.

What This Means

Nothing dramatic. I'm not suddenly "fixed" or whatever.

Just realized that maybe survival mode doesn't have to be 24/7 panic. Maybe you can rest and still get things done. Maybe the gym and sleep actually help instead of being "distractions."

Or maybe I'm just justifying sleeping twice today because I was exhausted. Who knows.

Either way, Day F3 felt weirdly normal. Almost nice.

Let's see if I survive DBMS tomorrow.

Sometimes the most productive thing you can do is just... rest. Who knew?
